If you operate a live service you should also have live customer service or at least a FAQ page to maybe help resolve it faster. I contacted them and they only replied with an automated email saying they’ll reply within 7 days which is very lousy. P.S customer service hasn't been helpful at all. Was going to donate a hefty amount but i’ll wait till the personal information aspect of the app functions correctly. Anyways remember to write it down somewhere cause you’ll be screwed otherwise.

I don't know how a password could be invalid if I literally just used it to log in.
I even had someone else type it in for me and is Didn’t work for them either. I typed it exactly how it’s supposed to be and never works for no reason at all. I tried maybe 20 or more times to change my password and it kept saying “your current password is invalid” when they literally sent it to me and is right in front of me. If you manage to sign in with that password good luck changing your password to something you’ll remember. The app is good, but don't forget your password because the password that they send you in order to reset it doesn't function how it should and you’ll be stuck logged out. DODO CODE ACNH UPDATE
With the new Dream Suite update we’ve decided to form a thread for players wanting to drop their Dream Address. To improve the chances of getting visitors highlight anything special you feel your island has to offer visitors (like all fruit, special clothing, good Turnip prices, etc.). If you are interested in finding people to come and visit your island share your Dodo Code in the comments below. Note this Dodo Code is for the current playthrough and will become inactive should you log off or turn off your console. Once you’ve setup everything make note of the Dodo Code you receive. If you wish to open up the invite you can select “The more the merrier” option which makes your island accessible to anyone you share the code with. Next select “Invite via Dodo Code.” to receive a five character code other players can enter to visit your island. Once you do this you will connect to the internet. When you speak to Orville tell him “I want visitors.” Next select “Via online play”. Here you will need to speak with Orville to access the game’s online functionality. To get at your Dodo Code you will want to head to your Island’s Airport.
